Gap analysis audits are normally carried out as part of the ISO 9001:2000 Pre-assessment and planning process stages. Our auditor will audit your existing systems and provide a detailed results report. From this report you will be able to determine what needs to be done to meet the ISO 9001:2000 requirements.

External Audits - Corrective and Preventive Actions

ISO 9001 accreditation includes the need for ongoing surveillance of your quality management system to ensure the organisation continues to comply with the standard. Your registration body will regularly carry out surveillance audit(s) annually which may result in the need for you to implement corrective and preventive action improvements.

In addition, some clients may require an audit of your organisations quality management system as part of their contractual terms.
