the Quality Management System maintenance could provide a significant
cost saving solution for small to medium sized organisations with

solutions from supporting your Management Representative to complete
quality management outsourcing service packages to meet your business

How the outsourcing service works
A Maintenance Service Programme is agreed to meet your
Quality Management System maintenance requirements, normally the
programme duration is for a 12-month period on a renewable basis.
Although we recommend 12-month programmes, more flexible programme
timescale arrangements are available to meet your specific needs.
An external
quality professional will become directly involved in maintaining
your Quality Management System in accordance with the agreed Maintenance
Service Programme. The necessary time will be allocated with routine
visits, normally just a few days each month. Most Maintenance Service
Programmes include a level of support provided off-site at our office.
This service is particularly valuable for organisations with an
accredited ISO 9001:2000 management system or a similar quality
standard accreditation.
Maintenance Service Programme
The
Maintenance Service Programme may typically include: -
- Maintenance,
development and improvement of your documented system; Quality
Manual and procedures

Planning, management and carry out internal audits and supplier
audits
- Management
of third party certification body surveillance and re-certification
audits and the implementation of corrective actions
- Input
and guidance on continual improvement and quality objectives
- Advice
and guidance on management system compliance with ISO 9001
- Assistance
with management reviews and the implementation of corrective and
improvement actions
- Specific
processes and document control requirements for projects
- General
support at all levels within your organisation, liaison with accreditation
body assessors and customer auditors etc.
