• Induction Training
  Quality Management System awareness training for new staff. This training session will be developed with you to meet your business induction needs.
  
  
• Quality Management Training (1-2 days)*
  This is aimed at new Management Representatives and Quality Managers. A one-to-one onsite training session tailored to meet an individuals needs with the object of providing them with the knowledge needed to fulfil their role.
  
  
• Pre-Assessment and Pre-Surveillance Training (1 day)*
  This is aimed at new Management Representatives and Quality Managers who have not previously been involved in an ISO 9001 accreditation assessment, surveillance or re-certification audit by their accreditation body. This is an onsite tailored one-to-one training session.
  
  
• * ISO 9001:2008 Transition
  These training sessions now have the option of including transition from ISO 9001:2000 to ISO 9001:2008.
