In accordance with your specific brief, we spend time onsite with your personnel asking questions, observing current methods and reviewing your system processes (e.g. sales, product design, manufacturing, customer service and support processes) interviewing personnel in all areas of the processing cycle from sales through to product or service delivery and your customer support.
We then structure our findings in a report on your current process, these findings will lay the groundwork for improvements in the process.
